Born out of the increasingly demanding challenges of modern automobile technology and the HELIX-typical pursuit of intelligent solutions, we made the progressive redesign of proven universal speaker systems our mission. The HELIX COMPOSE i5 series is the link between i7 and i3, created for sophisticated music lovers with a sparked ambition for a true hi-fi experience. A lovechild of phenomenal sound and unmatched practicality: Developed with the vision of unique speaker highlights that are also true problem solvers. All speaker impedances are perfectly matched for the combination with our HELIX and MATCH amplifiers, guaranteeing maximum performance at any time. In addition, we implemented our COMPOSE-exclusive mechanical technologies that offer unbeatable practical benefits.
High efficiency
HELIX COMPOSE equals smart engineering and accordingly implements highly efficient 3 Ohm technology, that perfectly harmonizes with all HELIX and MATCH amplifiers and at the same time allows a clearly perceptible plus in efficiency and maximum sound pressure.
Versatility at its finest
The Ci5 W165FM-S3 midbass is a true all-rounder within the COMPOSE platform. With its finely tuned acoustic design, it effortlessly adapts to both classic two-way setups and more complex three-way configurations. A key element of this versatility is the precisely engineered phase plug, which not only reduces mechanical compression and supports more even sound dispersion, but also significantly enhances the impulse response in the upper midrange. Matched in color to the dome of the Ci5 T25FM-CA tweeter, it creates a visually cohesive pairing – ideal for systems where sonic excellence and aesthetic harmony go hand in hand. The lightweight yet exceptionally rigid paper cone features a premium silicon coating, allowing for an impressively low resonance frequency while extending the upper midrange performance. The result is a loudspeaker that excels in every discipline – with precision, dynamics, and a clear focus on musical expression.
High-tech polymer basket
All HELIX COMPOSE i7 and i3 speaker baskets are made of a high-tech polymer composite, which has been additionally reinforced with glass spheres. The result: maximum stability with minimal self-resonance, while also eliminating flux modulation of the magnetic system and maximum resistance to thermal influences. Last but not least, this allows for much more compact basket dimensions and thus simplified installations in cramped installation conditions.
FlexMount165 – Universal meets car-specific
FlexMount is a mounting system based on specially developed adaptor rings, allowing the installation of COMPOSE FlexMount speakers in an almost infinite number of vehicles. Thus, the universal loudspeaker effortlessly becomes a vehicle-specific loudspeaker, that can be easily installed in the original installation position of the vehicle in an acoustically optimized way with the matching FlexMount adaptor ring.

ProConnect – The new industry standard
Our innovative ProConnect terminal is the new industry standard: A professional, automotive connector that provides a safe connection to our WireKits, but also allows the use of conventional speaker cables or car-specific adaptor cables via flat plugs, giving maximum flexibility in the design of the sound system upgrade. Furthermore, the connection is interlocked, offers reverse polarity protection and is electrically and mechanically highly stressable.

Our WireKits realize the connection of HELIX COMPOSE components to the original wiring harness, or optionally to the crossover, in the most comfortable way. With manufacturing according to the high standards of the automotive industry, these arrestable adaptor cables meet all requirements for the harsh environmental conditions that installers are facing in vehicles every day.

Η επιλογή μεταξύ ομοαξονικών και διαιρούμενων ηχείων εξαρτάται από τις απαιτήσεις ακρόασης, τον διαθέσιμο χώρο και τον προϋπολογισμό. Τα ομοαξονικά ηχεία αποτελούν πρακτική λύση για την αντικατάσταση των εργοστασιακών ηχείων, καθώς συνδυάζουν ευκολία εγκατάστασης και ολοκληρωμένη αναπαραγωγή ήχου. Αντίθετα, τα διαιρούμενα ηχεία διαθέτουν ξεχωριστά Tweeter και κύριους οδηγούς, επιτρέποντας καλύτερη τοποθέτηση των υψηλών συχνοτήτων και μεγαλύτερες δυνατότητες δημιουργίας σωστής ηχητικής σκηνής. Ποια είναι η διαφορά μεταξύ Woofer, Midbass, Tweeter και Subwoofer σε ένα ηχοσύστημα αυτοκινήτου;
Τα Woofer, Midbass, Tweeter και Subwoofer αναλαμβάνουν την αναπαραγωγή διαφορετικών περιοχών συχνοτήτων, ώστε το ηχοσύστημα αυτοκινήτου να αποδίδει ολοκληρωμένο και ισορροπημένο ήχο. Τα Tweeter αναπαράγουν τις υψηλές συχνότητες και τις λεπτομέρειες της μουσικής, ενώ τα Midbass εστιάζουν στις χαμηλομεσαίες συχνότητες, προσφέροντας σώμα και δυναμική στον ήχο. Τα Woofer αναπαράγουν κυρίως χαμηλές και, ανάλογα με τη σχεδίασή τους, μέρος των μεσαίων συχνοτήτων. Για την επιλογή των κατάλληλων ηχείων αυτοκινήτου πρέπει να εξετάσετε τη διάμετρο, το βάθος τοποθέτησης, την ισχύ RMS, την αντίσταση σε Ω (Ohm) και την ευαισθησία τους σε dB. Τα χαρακτηριστικά αυτά καθορίζουν τη συμβατότητα με το όχημα και τις απαιτήσεις ενίσχυσης. Πολλά ομοαξονικά και διαιρούμενα ηχεία μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν απευθείας με την εργοστασιακή ή μια aftermarket πηγή ήχου, χωρίς πρόσθετο ενισχυτή. Ωστόσο, τα απαιτητικότερα συστήματα με ισχυρά Woofer, Midbass ή Subwoofer συνήθως χρειάζονται εξωτερική ενίσχυση για να αξιοποιήσουν τις δυνατότητές τους.
